There’s nothing worse than hiring a company to paint your house’s exterior and then wondering if they cut corners in the process. Even though he was booked up and couldn’t paint our house, we had been impressed by Mr. Polite’s knowledge, so we called him and described our concerns about the work another company was doing. He actually offered to drive all the way over and inspect the job for us right then, free of charge! He was just being a good guy, no strings attached. Mr. Polite displayed a real mastery of the details as he explained where the other company indeed had cut corners and then was kind enough to speak to them very diplomatically on our behalf, pointing out what was good but also what could’ve been done better. The other company’s owner respected what Mr. Polite said and agreed to make things right. Driving over mid-week and spending an hour+ of his time just to help a non-customer was the singular gesture of a first-class person. It should tell you everything about the type of company he runs. Photos of their work back it up. We will never forget Mr. Polite.
Excellent painting service! I was looking to have a bedroom + bathroom painted and called Palmetto Affordable on a weekday afternoon; Mr. Polite came to give free estimate that very night and the job was finished the next day by 1:00 pm. The painting was top quality and affordable; THANK YOU!!!!

Cav’t and his team did a great job painting the entire 2000 sqft of our home. They were very professional, clean, neat and did a wonderful job painting our ceilings, walls and trim-surfaces. Mr. Polite is a dream to work with. During the quote process, he explained the different types of paints and why he uses the brand that he uses, and even suggested a color that ultimately led to our paint selection. The work was done within the time frame discussed and he handled the curve balls thrown his way with ease. Pricing is reasonable and the quality of workmanship is superb. Our house now feels brand new with the TLC it received from Palmetto Quality Painting. Highly recommended and will use their services again without hesitation.

If I could give Cav’t and his crew 10 stars I would do it. They painted my entire downstairs trim, ceiling, walls and closets and did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend Palmetto Quality Painting Service. The quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail is outstanding. We recently had the majority of the interior of our house painted along with some dry wall repair. Palmetto Quality Painting did a great job painting my townhouse. They painted a 3 bedroom two bath house, including kitchen cabinets and moulding in 8 days. They also stayed on schedule despite the New Year's Day holiday and a freak icy/snow day in Charleston. The paint job was beautiful. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and is truly professional. He did every detail with great care. And left the place cleaner than he found it. It was a great value. I would recommend him to anyone needing a painter.

I learned how to paint from an older painter who no longer did high work. I ran my own painting company for a few years. Now I don’t do high work and so I hired Cav’t. Mr Polite is the best painter I have ever met. He is professional, efficient, and work is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Simply put, if you hire another painter than Cav’t then you hired the wrong painter.

Cav’t and his team completely changed the look of our house and we couldn’t be happier. It is very evident that he is extremely passionate about his company and painting as a whole. Finding a reliable quality painter is a difficult job in itself! But I have good news because I found one at Palmetto Affordable Painting Services! Cavt Polite responded quickly to my call for an estimate. He came to my home the very day I called. After I showed him what I needed painted, he gave me a proposal on the spot . Cavt also worked with me on the scheduling of the work, giving me the date I requested for the work to begin. The painting crew arrived at the designated time and proceeded to move furniture, cover floors/furniture and started to work. My project turned out better than I expected. I needed good , quality, reasonably priced painting and I needed it quick...after reading other reviews I called Mr Polite and he was able to come out right away to give an estimate. His pricing was fair and comparable or lower than other local painters. He showed me pictures of some projects he had just completed and I was very impressed. The owner stayed in communication with me the whole time and was also so nice and courteous and showed that appreciated his clients business.So not only was he able to get the project completed quickly and in my time frame for my budgeted price but the work was excellent! Just moved to Mount Pleasant and we were in transition between new house and our old house. We needed to have the interior of our house re-painted. Absolutely stellar work, including painting a cathedral height living room. Everything just glows! The price was not only very reasonable and the work done very quickly and efficiently, Cav't was wonderful about explaining in advance how the work will be done and why certain steps/certain paints are the best choice. My wife and I are total DIYers but painting while pregnant is something we decided to avoid. We got a few estimates and Palmetto Painting Service gave a good price and Mr. Polite was able to accommodate our busy schedule. Mr. Polite was very professional and did a great job at a fair price. The job was only 3 small rooms, but Mr. Polite put the same effort as if he was painting a whole house. Our nursery, laundry room and hallway are looking fantastic! Cav't Polite and his team are the BEST. Hands down! He was able to get me an estimate, and scheduled, and started working all within a week.. less than that. Finished my 1400sq house within 3 days and all at a very reasonable price. The contractors of my new built home skipped out on a lot of drywall issues that Cav't fixed for free, as well as painting some of my trim for free as well to blend the look(I did not request trim paint). He cares about the job, the customer, the paint quality he uses and recommends and explains very thoroughly. I am blown away by his professionalism, energy, and talent him and his team brought forth to my home and project. Cavt Polite and his crew at Palmetto Quality Painting are the best! We bought a house in MtP sight unseen and Cavt worked with us long distance to estimate and coordinate the painting to start the day after closing, so helpful to get a head start on everything before we came to town. He was there every day on time, did great work and was part of the family by the time the job was done (and finished two days early!). My husband was a painting contractor for 30 years so we know good work when we see it. Wish I could give more than five stars, do not hesitate to call him for all your painting needs.

Cav't is a true professional. He turned the walls in our rental property from dented and dirty to smooth and bright. No spills, no touchups needed. He also was able to drywall the bathroom ceiling beautifully. Best of all, it was done quickly!
I recently had the exterior of my home painted by Palmetto Quality Painting Service. I was really nervous about it as I was changing from a dark color to white. I chose this company because of all the great reviews. Cav’t and his team lived up to their reputation. They did an amazing job and finished really quickly...especially considering the recent record breaking temperatures and rainfall. The attention to detail and quality really stand out. Cav’t even took time out of his weekend to come out to my house and paint a “test sample” before the job began. He also fixed an area on one of my columns that was damaged years ago during a storm. His communication is the best I’ve ever experienced. My house looks amazing and I’d give these guys a call anytime for future projects!
It has been about a year since Cav’t and his team came to paint the top half of my two story stairwell and I am as happy with the work today as the day it was completed. Cav’t is prompt, pleasant, and a great worker who takes pride in his career and makes sure that both parties are fully satisfied with the end result. Cav’t and his team member ended up painting not only the top half of the walls that I couldn’t reach but the entire area and fixed any obvious imperfections in the drywall, as well. If I ever need help painting again, I’ll be sure to call him first and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a painting service!
